Made chopping onions much quicker! A good, versatile unit, I like that you can also slice with it. I do not love that the top does not latch on the container. I can see why they keep it loose (to easily dump), but it also meant that I needed two hands to pick up the lid to put another onion slice in.

It’s so easy to use and I love how easy to clean it is!Honestly the amount of gadgets that it comes with seems overwhelming at first but they’re all so easy to use and work really well and there is a manual if you need it! It will let you know about the purpose of each piece and how to use it. Also, my last chopper did not come with the little things to help with cleaning but this one does! I used the chopper last night with onions (chopper squares) and a cucumber (mandolin). It was a quick and easy food prep for future meals. This gadget will help me so much in my kitchen!The onions I used were medium size and worked best cut into thirds. I had to press much harder to get them through the smaller square holes, as expected, but they went through the larger hole cutter like butter! Switching the chopper square blades is a bit tricky but that’s likely due to neuropathy in my fingers. It’s not difficult, just takes a few seconds longer than I feel it should.I picked a large cucumber and also cut that into thirds to keep it manageable. Switching the mandolin blades is super quick and easy. The blade is sharp and made slices so fast, it felt like I was done almost immediately.My family is excited to try more vegetables and fruits with this chopper/mandolin. I’m glad I gave this chopper a try as I’ve been wanting one for some time now. I received the item free to review. I’m quite satisfied with this brand.
